Tina is the best! She takes all the stress out of planning! She is so knowledgeable, organized, honest, and efficient. I would book with her again in a heartbeat! She booked our trip to Universal Studios and helped every step of the way with the many questions I had. The resort was unbelievable; everything from the service, the restaurants, the amenities and the workers were nothing short of amazing. My parents have visited numerous all-inclusive resorts, and this is the first one they said they would come back to again. We also took a catamaran over to Isla Mujeres, got to snorkel & swim, and the water was amazing!
